Bungarribee Industrial Estate warehouse facility

This development consisted of two (2) projects side by side including slab work to warehouses, ground & suspended offices, recessed loading docks, pump & sprinkler slab, foot paths and hardstand areas to carparks.

This warehouse facility was completed on a design and construct basis and included the construction of the warehouses, two separate double storey office buildings, dock office facilities, recessed docks, hardstand areas and car park facilities.

These works consisted of warehouse slabs, office slabs, recessed loading docks, external hardstand, retaining walls, footpaths, and kerb & gutter as well as various other drainage systems.

A large scale refurbishment consisting of warehouse slab infills, approximately 18,000m2 of external hardstand area surrounding the warehouses, kerbs, various other concrete drainage works and lintel hook ups.

The project consisted of the construction of two logistical warehouses. This project included a covered breezeway area in between the joining buildings, two offices and drivers quarters as well a hardstand areas surrounding the warehouses
